About This Role
Avery Dennison is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join their Mumbai-based team in a remote capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to drive revenue growth, build strategic client relationships, and expand market presence across key accounts and territories.
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing high-value client portfolios, and closing complex sales deals. Your expertise in consultative selling and account management will be critical to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities in assigned territory or accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to stakeholders at all levels
- Negotiate contracts and close complex, high-value sales deals
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and maintain detailed CRM records
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive alignment
- Track competitor activity and provide market intelligence to leadership
- Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to team best practices
About You
You bring 5+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in B2B environments or industries with complex sales cycles. You demonstrate exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and a consultative approach to sales. Your track record includes consistently exceeding targets, managing large account portfolios, and building long-term client partnerships.
You are self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting. You have strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. CRM proficiency and comfort with sales analytics are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing large accounts
- Expertise with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
