By using JobsJornal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Job postings

Companies are responsible for the accuracy of their job listings. JobsJornal reserves the right to remove listings that are misleading, illegal, or violate our content policies. All listings require admin approval before going live.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your login credentials or use the platform for any illegal purpose.

4. Payments and refunds

All payments are processed securely via Paddle or PayPal. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all plans. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

5. Affiliate programme

Affiliate commissions are paid for verified referrals only. We reserve the right to withhold commissions for fraudulent referrals. Commissions are paid via PayPal within 30 days of a valid payout request.

6. Intellectual property

All content on JobsJornal, including the platform design, is owned by JobsJornal. Job descriptions remain the property of the posting company.

7. Limitation of liability

JobsJornal is a platform connecting employers and candidates. We are not responsible for the outcome of any hiring process or employment relationship.
