About the Role
Docplanner is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Account Manager to drive business growth across the Lombardia region. In this fully remote position, you'll be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key healthcare providers, clinics, and medical practices in your territory. This is an excellent opportunity to make a direct impact on how healthcare providers leverage digital solutions to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Lombardia region to achieve quarterly and annual targets
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within healthcare facilities and private practices
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders at target accounts
- Conduct product demonstrations and customize solutions to meet specific client needs
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitable margins
- Manage account pipelines using CRM tools and provide accurate sales forecasting
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Gather market intelligence and provide competitive insights to inform product and strategy decisions
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, healthcare sales, or medical software sales (minimum 3+ years)
- Excellent understanding of the Italian healthcare market, particularly in Lombardia region
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Italian and English
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting aggressive targets
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Consultative sales approach with proven ability to build long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, healthcare, or related field (or equivalent experience)
