The Role
We are seeking our first Enterprise Account Manager to support our new cross-sell motion. This is a foundational 0-1 role with significant growth potential as we scale our sales operations. You will be instrumental in building our new selling processes from the ground up, with the opportunity to shape how we go to market with our latest innovations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop sales playbooks and processes for enterprise account management
- Build and implement repeatable sales methodologies and frameworks
- Manage and close pipeline with existing customers across our growing customer base
- Identify cross-sell opportunities within our thousands of current customers
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to support new product launches, including Metabot (our AI product) and upcoming releases
- Establish best practices and standard operating procedures for account management
- Drive revenue growth through strategic customer expansion
