We're on a mission to break down barriers to enterprise-grade cybersecurity for all businesses. Our platform protects 4M+ endpoints and 7M+ identities worldwide, combining purpose-built security solutions with an industry-defining Security Operations Center (SOC).
The Role
As a Sales Engineer I, you'll join a collaborative team providing technical product expertise to potential customers. You'll be responsible for creating strong technical first impressions of our platform, diving into product details, and offering strategic guidance on how to strengthen customers' security posture.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to assess and improve their security posture
- Review potential security vulnerabilities and position Huntress solutions effectively to technical teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering teams
- Identify improvement opportunities in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
- Travel approximately 25% of the time to meet with customers face-to-face
What You Bring
- 2+ years of sales engineering or similar technical sales experience
- Demonstrated expertise in the cybersecurity industry with knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks
- Experience working with or within MSPs and/or VARs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to C-level executives
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
Preferred Experience
- Background in malware analysis, threat intelligence, or sandbox analysis
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience building and implementing security programs
