About the Role

Raketech is seeking a motivated and experienced Key Account Manager (US) to drive revenue growth and strengthen client relationships across its product portfolio. This remote role is based in the United States and requires working primarily US business hours, with occasional flexibility for meetings aligned with Central European Time (CET).

As a Key Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of key clients, identify new revenue opportunities, and ensure the successful delivery of Raketech’s products and services. This role plays a critical part in expanding business partnerships and supporting long-term company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales across Raketech’s full product portfolio.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and account growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and attract new customers.
  • Create accurate performance reports and sales activity summaries.
  • Present monthly and quarterly performance updates to stakeholders.
  • Forecast sales performance and track progress against revenue targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader sales and partnerships teams.

Success in This Role

Successful candidates in this position consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams. You will become a trusted partner to customers, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and continuous account growth.

The role also requires accurate reporting, strategic forecasting, and effective communication with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Based in the United States and open to occasional work-related travel.
  • Ability to work US business hours with flexibility for occasional meetings in CET time zones.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar client-facing role.
  • Ability to deliver client-focused solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and highly organized professional.
  • Strong teamwork skills and commitment to achieving exceptional results.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience in the iGaming industry is considered a strong advantage.
