The Role
We are seeking a VP, Global Commercial Sales to lead our Commercial Sales organization through the next phase of growth. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will oversee a growing team of 40+ sales professionals across North America, EMEA, and APAC, driving our mission to help organizations build better workplaces. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a global Commercial Sales team of 40+ professionals focused on new logos and expansion revenue in the 100-1000 employee segment
- Establish and execute the global commercial sales strategy aligned with company objectives, defining annual and quarterly goals to drive recurring revenue growth
- Build scalable, predictable sales processes that enable accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting and sustainable growth
- Coach and mentor sales leaders to build and expand their teams while fostering career development across regions
- Collaborate with Marketing on demand generation initiatives—both inbound and outbound—to achieve high conversion rates and efficient customer acquisition
- Partner with Product leadership to translate Commercial customer needs into roadmap priorities and enhanced customer experiences
- Drive regional alignment and collaboration across NA, EMEA, and APAC, supporting new market entry and defining career paths for team members
- Identify, attract, and develop top sales talent to strengthen the Commercial organization
Location & Work Arrangement
This role is based in one of our three hub locations: San Francisco, Chicago, or Austin. Candidates must be located in one of these hubs, comfortable working in-office 1–2 days per week, and willing to travel globally up to 30% of the time.
