The Role

We're hiring a Customer Support Representative to own inbound support and ensure exceptional product delivery to our users. This is an active, high-impact role—not a passive support position.

You'll be the voice of customer care, handling inbound questions, quality issues, flagged shoots, human edit requests, and account-related problems. Beyond answering tickets, you'll develop keen judgment to identify whether issues are genuine bugs, churn risks, sales opportunities, or onboarding gaps, and route them appropriately.

Your responsibilities include:

• Responding quickly to customer inquiries with clear, effective solutions
• Maintaining exceptional quality standards and attention to detail
• Managing escalations and urgent issues with calm professionalism
• Identifying patterns and opportunities to improve support workflows
• Collaborating across inboxes, tickets, Slack, and internal tools
• Thinking systematically about scaling support processes

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience in customer support, operations, or fast-paced SaaS environments
• Background in real estate media or real estate photography
• Experience with quality control, escalations, or technical support
• Familiarity with AI tools for workflow improvement and automation
