The Graduate Programme

This is a 12-month graduate contract designed for recent graduates looking to launch their careers in fintech, banking, and blockchain. Successful programme participants have the opportunity to transition into permanent full-time roles at Xapo Bank. Position Overview

We're seeking a motivated and analytically-minded Finance Graduate with genuine interest in digital assets and cryptocurrency banking. This role offers the opportunity to launch your finance career at a leading financial institution exploring blockchain technology. You'll contribute to critical finance functions while developing expertise in accounting, reporting, and financial analysis within the digital asset space.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports including daily, weekly, and monthly management information with focus on digital asset initiatives
• Perform account reconciliations and financial data verification, ensuring data integrity and adherence to internal controls
• Support financial analysis and process improvement initiatives
• Develop knowledge of cryptocurrency and digital asset accounting principles
• Collaborate with experienced finance professionals in a structured mentorship environment
