The Role
As a Staff Product Operations Manager within the Fintech Client Experience team, you will establish strong connections between product and user-facing teams. This is a strategic, staff-level position where you will:
- Partner with talented Product Managers to lead the development of new features and improve existing functionality
- Shape product processes and contribute to product strategy from the ground up
- Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives that influence product operations and strategy
- Collaborate closely with support, sales, and success teams to ensure seamless feedback loops enabling continuous product improvements
- Engage directly with customers and partners to deeply understand their operational workflows, integrations, and fintech-related challenges
- Extract insights from data, client feedback, and operational metrics to inform strategic decisions
- Work with client-facing teams to translate customer needs into actionable product roadmap items
