About the Role

We are seeking a Frontline Support Engineer to join our technology department. This is a first-line specialist responsible for the initial response to incidents and requests from internal users and systems. This role does not involve direct interaction with clients; collaboration focuses primarily on engineering and operations teams.

Reporting Line: Frontline Support Lead
Work Schedule: 5 days per week (Monday–Friday) with rotating morning and evening shifts

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and maintenance of EXANTE products (front-end and back-end trading software and services)
  • Provide basic technical troubleshooting for external and internal user requests
  • Track escalated tickets and monitor their progress
  • Follow standard escalation procedures for unresolved issues directed to appropriate internal teams
  • Adhere to SLA requirements based on issue severity
  • Build and maintain relevant internal documentation

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year work experience in software, services, or applications technical support
  • Hands-on experience with Linux (terminal, system logs, application logs, basic diagnostics)
  • Basic knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker technologies
  • Basic knowledge of computer networks
  • English proficiency at intermediate level (B1) or higher

Preferred Qualifications

  • Work experience in FinTech sector
  • Basic understanding of investment and trading concepts
  • Automation skills in Python and Bash
  • Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence)
