The Role

We're hiring a Director of AI Operations (Go-to-Market) to serve as the right hand of the Chief Operating Officer and a key driver of Pearl's commercial acceleration. You will sit inside the revenue organization with a direct mandate to find and unlock growth across private practices and enterprise DSO customers by building the operational infrastructure that makes our go-to-market engine faster, smarter, and more scalable.

This is a builder role for an execution-obsessed, revenue-first operator who thrives on owning outcomes. You will ensure that Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing have the processes, tooling, workflows, and automation needed to perform at scale. You'll identify where growth is being left on the table and fix it systematically. You will unify currently fragmented operational motions across all growth functions into a single, cohesive operating system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Funnel Growth & Optimization: Proactively identify revenue leaks and conversion opportunities across the funnel, from lead quality and demo show rates to SDR-to-AE handoff loss, and own the operational fixes that move the number.
  • Growth Asset Management: Treat the funnel as a growth asset by continuously testing, instrumenting, and optimizing each stage to compound conversion rate improvements across SMB and DSO motions.
  • High-Leverage Interventions: Surface and prioritize the highest-leverage operational improvements, including sequencing, enrichment, routing, and timing—then drive execution with Sales and Marketing partners.
  • Outbound Tooling & Stack Management: Manage our outbound tooling stack (Clay, Nooks, and evolving products) and stay at the frontier of emerging LLM and AI agent capabilities to reinvent how revenue teams operate.
  • Reporting & Attribution Infrastructure: Work closely with the data team to build the reporting and attribution infrastructure that Sales and Marketing leadership rely on to make decisions.
  • AI Experimentation: Be the person on the revenue team who knows what's possible with AI tools before anyone asks. Own a sandbox of AI tools with the latitude to reinvent growth operations.

Who You Are

You are an execution-obsessed operator who thrives on owning tangible outcomes. You have a track record of building operational infrastructure that scales revenue functions. You're comfortable working across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, and you can translate between technical capabilities and commercial impact. You bring curiosity about emerging AI and LLM tools and the discipline to apply them meaningfully to go-to-market challenges.
