About the Role

We're seeking a senior, growth-oriented Business Operations leader with proven experience scaling technically strong infrastructure products from founder-led sales to repeatable, scalable go-to-market engines. This is not a role for experimentation without purpose—you'll pattern match, prioritize ruthlessly, and help solve the right problems at the right altitude.

What You'll Own:

• Define and drive high-impact strategic initiatives across product, GTM, and operations that directly influence company scale
• Design and operationalize systems, workflows, and tools enabling teams to move faster, align easily, and make confident decisions
• Turn insight into action by analyzing product usage, customer behavior, and business performance to drive measurable outcomes
• Act as connective tissue across teams, ensuring strategy translates to execution and rapid iteration with velocity and excellence

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in operational roles, preferably at high-growth startups
• Demonstrated track record owning and delivering cross-functional projects with measurable business impact
• Structured problem-solver who breaks down ambiguous challenges, forms clear viewpoints, and drives clarity
• First-principles thinker, curious learner, quick to acquire new skills in dynamic environments
• Clear communicator who synthesizes complexity and influences stakeholders across functions
• Action-oriented mindset: you move quickly, iterate relentlessly, and ship results
• Hands-on, low-ego professional willing to roll up sleeves in fast-moving settings
• Excited to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and GTM teams
• Technical acumen and comfort learning new technologies to support data infrastructure discussions
• Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco Bay Area for full in-person role (5 days/week). Relocation support available.
