Position Overview
Xapo Bank is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our Client Coverage Group in a fully remote position. This role focuses on enabling analytics to support better decision-making, developing data products, and extending support across our global data analytics team. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen and will play a key role in client strategy, sales operations, and overall data strategy.
Based in Gibraltar but with a fully distributed team of 130+ employees across 30+ countries, this is a 100% remote opportunity to work from anywhere in the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate data into strategy by analyzing client revenue, product usage, and interaction data to generate insights that drive growth and retention
- Create, maintain, and evolve reporting metrics covering client revenues, product adoption, interactions, issue escalations, and related KPIs
- Design and maintain Looker dashboards to enable self-service analytics for Relationship Managers and Customer Success teams managing a global client base
- Develop comprehensive reporting frameworks that allow leadership to optimize team resourcing and operational efficiency
- Write and manage end-to-end data pipelines to ensure client data is accessible, actionable, and accurate across all sales and client reporting
- Work closely with the Global Head of Relationship Management to support overall strategy, OKRs, strategic campaigns, and market analysis
- Act as a strategic partner to the Client Coverage Group, collaborating with cross-functional teams on shared targets and solutions
- Implement analytics and predictive modeling tools to identify cross-selling opportunities and prevent customer churn
