Role Overview
The Digital Advertising Senior Strategist is responsible for developing sophisticated multi-channel digital advertising strategies that create exceptional business value for our clients. This role involves creating media plans across multiple platforms, budget planning and pacing, ongoing analysis, testing and optimization of media strategies, and delivering performance insights to clients. You will work closely with your entire practice, but especially with the Digital Advertising Analysts who are responsible for buying, activation and optimization on your accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital advertising strategies across Search and Social platforms
- Create comprehensive media plans with budget allocation and pacing strategies
- Conduct ongoing analysis, testing, and optimization of media campaigns
- Generate performance insights and strategic recommendations for clients
- Manage client relationships and communicate campaign results and insights
- Collaborate with the Digital Advertising team to implement campaign optimizations
- Stay current with new platforms, emerging strategies, and industry best practices
Required Experience & Skills
- Extensive experience in digital advertising across Search and Social channels
- Strong proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) platforms
- Ability to independently navigate advertising platforms and implement optimizations
- Experience with multi-channel campaign strategy and media planning
- Familiarity with healthcare, medical device, or regulated industry marketing is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent client management and communication abilities
