Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty
• Create, edit, and manage engaging content across multiple social media platforms that reflects our Asian product range and brand values
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to measure success and implement continuous improvements
• Engage with our online community by responding promptly to comments and questions to maintain positive brand presence
• Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns and ensure all content aligns with brand messaging and business objectives
• Identify trends in Asian markets and cultural content to keep our brand relevant and authentic

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably in retail or food & beverage sectors
• Strong creative skills with ability to produce engaging visual and written content that highlights Asian products and culture
• Fluent German and English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Deep understanding and appreciation for cultural diversity with ability to authentically represent it in content
• Hands-on experience with social media analytics tools and performance metrics
• Passion for Asian cuisine, products, and culture
• Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
