The Opportunity

We're seeking a marketing specialist who is absolute top-tier in ONE niche – and eager to develop AI skills that elevate your career to a completely new level. This is a 10X match: you bring specialized expertise while gaining hands-on experience working in an AI-first company. Through weekly exchanges with founders Jens Polomski and Moritz Heininger, you'll learn how to meaningfully integrate AI into your daily work and career – an enablement most companies don't offer their teams.

We're not looking for generalists. We want an A-player in ONE marketing discipline – someone excellent in their specialty and ready to become an AI-first worker.

Your Mission

You'll own ONE marketing channel and build it systematically from the ground up. Whether content marketing, email marketing, social media, or performance marketing – you master your niche at a level that makes a difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Your Niche: Take ownership of ONE marketing area and build it systematically – e.g., email nurturing, LinkedIn content, newsletters, SEO, or performance marketing
• High-Level Execution: Execute with your own quality standards – from campaign planning and creation to analysis and optimization
• AI Integration: Discover ways to accelerate copywriting, segmentation, campaign planning, and analytics using AI tools
• Optional Content Creation: Create AI-marketing tutorials for our learning platform (optional but rewarding)

Required Qualifications

• Specialized Expertise: Proven experience and measurable results in ONE marketing area – you're a professional in your niche, not a junior
• Execution Strength: You can deliver measurably and reliably, not just plan
• AI Affinity: You have first AI experience and genuine hunger to dive deeper
• Hands-On Mentality: You don't wait for instructions – you take initiative and ownership
• German Language: Fluent German (written and spoken) for internal communication
