The Opportunity

Your Mission

You think in images, understand how brands function visually, and can implement them hands-on. At snipKI, you'll develop a unified design language across all assets and ensure it's consistently applied everywhere.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Language Development: Build on existing branding, develop a coherent visual system, and implement it consistently across all touchpoints – website, social media, presentations, and beyond
• Visual Asset Creation: Design social media graphics, thumbnails, marketing materials, presentations, and web assets from concept to finished product
• Web & Product Design: Leverage web design or UI/UX experience to elevate digital touchpoints visually and functionally
• AI Integration: Collaborate to implement AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL-E) for accelerating image generation, asset creation, and design workflows
• Optional Content Creation: Create AI-design tutorials for our learning platform, demonstrating AI-assisted design in practice

Requirements

• Demonstrable expertise in graphic design, brand design, webdesign, or UI/UX with a compelling portfolio
• Professional-level execution capabilities – you're not a junior, you're an expert
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent)
• Familiarity with or enthusiasm for learning AI design tools
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration mindset
• Passion for visual excellence and attention to detail
