The Role

We're hiring at multiple levels—mid and senior. As a Mobile Engineer, you'll develop high-quality, reliable, and medically sound mobile applications using React Native across iOS and Android platforms. You'll deliver clinically responsible features, improve mobile architecture, and ensure releases meet user needs. Your work directly impacts healthcare professionals and patients, enabling early diagnosis and avoiding long hospital waitlists—literally saving lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership (Seniors): Bring React Native expertise to raise code quality, reduce bugs, and optimize performance
• Mobile Architecture: Propose and lead architectural improvements to the mobile codebase
• Collaborative Development: Support the team in building structured, scalable mobile app patterns
• Product-to-Implementation Bridge: Translate product ideas into compliant mobile implementations
• Quality Automation: Champion test automation and traceability to reduce manual QA effort
• CI/CD Leadership: Help shape mobile CI/CD and release processes to be repeatable, auditable, and efficient
• Code Review Excellence: Conduct thorough code reviews to raise mobile engineering maturity standards
• Safety-First Mindset: Balance delivery velocity with safety-critical obligations in healthcare

Requirements

• Proven expertise in React Native development for iOS and Android
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and best practices
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and performant code
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• For Senior roles: 5+ years mobile development experience with demonstrated leadership
• Familiarity with healthcare/regulated environments preferred
