Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to support two General Managers: GM of Sportswear and GM of Energy at Converse.
You will be a key partner to senior leaders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, providing high-level administrative support while helping drive team culture and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Complex calendar management – scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Book domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and detailed itineraries
- Plan and coordinate meetings, events, offsites, and team activities (venue, catering, agenda, budget, etc.)
- Prepare expense reports, track budgets, create purchase orders, and process invoices
- Create and edit high-quality presentations (PowerPoint/Keynote), documents, organizational charts, and team communications
- Draft and edit leader communications and manage distribution lists
- Support team space planning, workspace moves, and equipment needs
- Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Assist with special projects, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met
- Contribute to team & culture building initiatives (staff meetings, team building, offsites)
- Serve as the main point of contact for administrative questions from the team
- Provide backup support to other leaders when needed
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior executives
- Strong ability to work with senior-level leaders and a variety of personalities
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high ambiguity
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and virtual meeting tools (Zoom/Teams)
- Keynote experience preferred
- Experience tracking budgets and handling purchase orders strongly preferred
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) is a plus
- Previous Nike or Converse experience is a plus
- Ability to occasionally work outside core business hours
