Junior Business Analyst

About the Internship The Junior Business System Analyst Intern will support the analysis, design, and implementation of business system solutions, particularly those related to backend platforms. The role involves working with both technical teams and business stakeholders to understand operational needs and help translate them into effective system solutions that support internal processes and services. Key Responsibilities During the internship, the selected candidate will: Assist in analyzing business processes to identify areas for improvement. Support the gathering and documentation of business and system requirements. Help prepare technical specifications related to system implementation, including integration flows, data models, and interface requirements. Participate in solution design discussions with developers and system architects. Assist in preparing technical and user documentation for systems and services developed by the team. Contribute to communication with stakeholders by providing updates and collecting feedback.

Basic Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Basic understanding of systems analysis concepts and methodologies. Familiarity with fundamental project management principles. Ability to document business processes and technical specifications clearly. Fluent in written and spoken English. Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications Basic knowledge of Web Services, REST APIs, or microservices architecture. Understanding of system integration processes. Familiarity with modeling notations such as UML.
