Job Description

About Huntress

Huntress is a fully remote, global team of passionate cybersecurity experts founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators. We're on a mission to break down barriers to enterprise-grade cybersecurity by protecting all businesses—not just the 1%—with fully owned and managed security solutions at affordable SaaS pricing. Our One Team advantage integrates technology seamlessly with our industry-defining Security Operations Center (SOC). We currently protect 4M+ endpoints and 7M+ identities worldwide, elevating underresourced IT teams with protection that works as hard as they do.

The Role

Join us as a Staff Product Manager to craft a novel Endpoint Security Posture Management product from the ground up, beginning with Application Control. This is a unique opportunity to develop a new offering within an esteemed security organization, collaborating directly with company founders and product leadership to shape our innovation trajectory and leave a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and own the strategic product roadmap for our new Endpoint Security Posture Management product, focusing initially on Application Control features
  • Collaborate closely with company founders, engineering teams, and design teams to execute strategy from conception through launch and beyond
  • Serve as the intermediary between Product/Engineering and the broader business, translating complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for non-technical audiences
  • Identify and translate business and customer problems into actionable execution items
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and direct conversations to identify patterns and improvement opportunities
  • Transform customer needs into applicable requirements for new product features
  • Lead cross-functional team meetings to maintain project momentum, foster collaboration, and remove implementation obstacles
  • Partner with EDR, ITDR, SIEM, and Platform product teams to identify synergies and integration opportunities
