The Role

We are expanding our Global Sales Force and seeking experienced Global Relationship Managers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex client interactions across different time zones and cultures. You will be passionate about offering unlimited investment opportunities to existing clients while prospecting new markets and attracting new business.

This position reports directly to the Regional Head of Sales and requires proven experience in business development and selling to HNWI, Private Wealth Management, Asset Managers, Fund Managers, Family Offices, and other private investors.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as a strategic liaison to top-tier clients, including premium retail and institutional clients, financial institutions, and high net-worth individuals
  • Provide comprehensive solutions to client inquiries while ensuring compliance with all company policies, practices, and procedures
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their needs, goals, and satisfaction levels

Business Development:

  • Identify opportunities to expand services and solutions to existing clients
  • Collaborate with the Regional Head, sales, and marketing teams to formulate strategies enhancing client relationships and supporting business growth
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to enhance business performance and client satisfaction

Problem Management and Resolution:

  • Manage wide-scale service issues and handle trade-related problems effectively
  • Oversee trade and margin analysis, manage accounts and funding processes
  • Apply strong understanding of cash markets, equities, and derivatives to support client needs
  • Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client relationships and achieve business objectives
  • Drive market expansion initiatives in assigned territories
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
