Our product and platform are scaling rapidly, and we need experienced engineers who can ship reliably, own features end-to-end, and maintain high quality as we grow. This Full Stack Developer role will strengthen our frontend and web platform, accelerate delivery, and ensure our user-facing systems remain fast, clean, and dependable. You'll work on a product that customers trust in production—where engineering quality directly impacts retention and user satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain high-quality, production-ready web interfaces using React and Next.js
• Own frontend features end-to-end, from implementation through optimization and release
• Translate complex data workflows into intuitive, performant, and responsive user experiences
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure reliable data flow
• Contribute to code reviews and architectural discussions that shape engineering best practices
• Continuously improve performance, reliability, and maintainability across the web platform
• Raise the engineering bar as the product and team scale

Who You Are

• 3+ years of professional web development experience
• Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with React, Redux (RTK), Next.js, and Tailwind CSS
• Solid understanding of backend concepts including REST APIs, authentication, and data flows
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, remote-first environments
• You take ownership, communicate clearly, and ship high-quality code
• You care about performance, UX, and long-term maintainability
