About the Role
At DocMorris, we're seeking a (Senior) Compensation & Benefits Specialist to architect our remuneration frameworks and drive our People strategy forward. This is a strategic and technical leadership position where you'll blend analytical precision with empathy to ensure our compensation package remains competitive, fair, and transparent across our organization.
Our vision is simple: "Health in one Click." To make healthcare truly accessible for everyone, we need a team that feels valued, supported, and fairly rewarded. You'll see beyond spreadsheets—understanding that behind every data point is a colleague dedicated to patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Innovate: Own the Compensation & Benefits strategy, defining salary bands, bonus structures, and our diverse benefit portfolio to support business growth.
- Expert Partnering: Serve as subject matter expert for remuneration in Union and Workers Council negotiations, providing robust technical frameworks and validated data for informed decision-making.
- Project Steering: Lead complex C&B initiatives across Finance, HR Controlling, and Tech teams, ensuring alignment between financial forecasting and people operations.
- Tech-Forward Excellence: Leverage Workday and AI-based tools to perform Equal Pay audits, automate calculation cycles, and use predictive modelling to forecast financial impact of organizational growth.
- Global Compliance: Navigate cross-border tax regulations to ensure compliant and attractive remuneration packages for international colleagues.
What We're Looking For
- Analytical & Influential Mastery: Translate raw data into clear decision papers that tell compelling stories for stakeholders. Proven ability to manage expectations across Finance and Tech teams.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of job evaluation systems and salary banding. Proficiency in Workday is a significant advantage, with experience identifying and implementing AI-driven efficiency gains.
- European C&B Knowledge: Ideally knowledge of frameworks in Netherlands, Germany, and Spain. Familiarity with Dutch Workers Councils or cross-border tax expertise is a major plus.
- Collaborative & Agile Mindset: Thrive working in an expert capacity, supporting negotiators and cross-functional teams with speed and clarity in fast-paced environments.
