The Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner specializing in Technology recruitment. You will be passionate about enabling a product-led organisation by engaging and hiring talented members across all product-related functions. This is a key strategic role supporting our rapid growth phase.
What You Will Do
- Partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and identify ideal candidate profiles
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive and active talent using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, social media, databases, referrals, and networking
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill technology roles
- Conduct initial outreach and pre-qualification to assess candidate fit and interest
- Leverage market research, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Support employer branding initiatives through online engagement and professional communities
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to improve sourcing tools, processes, and reporting
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data to measure the impact of hiring initiatives
Who You Are
- Proven experience in talent sourcing from in-house, agency, or RPO models with end-to-end recruitment experience
- Demonstrated experience recruiting across technology roles and functions
- Innovative thinker who is not afraid to express opinions, present new ideas, and remain open to continuous feedback
- Ability to pivot and adapt working methods to achieve optimal outcomes quickly
- Proven track record building pipelines for both active and passive candidates with strong closing ability
- Curious mindset with interest in research and openness to 360-degree feedback
- Comfortable in startup environments with global footprints and diverse teams
- Strong data analysis and measurement skills to evaluate hiring initiative effectiveness
- Tools affinity with proficiency in maintaining ATS accuracy and data integrity
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
