Key Responsibilities

• Project Support: Collaborate with project teams on complex construction projects and handle administrative tasks
• Documentation Management: Organize, archive, and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Building Applications: Assist in preparing and creating building permits and approval documentation
• Plan Coordination: Develop planning documents and coordinate with relevant infrastructure authorities
• Communication: Correspond with internal departments and external partners as needed
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to project teams

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Management, or related construction field
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Fluent German language skills (C2 level)
• Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, teamwork ability, and initiative
• CAD experience (preferably AutoCAD) and GIS system knowledge highly desirable
