Key Responsibilities
- Project Support: Collaborate with project teams on complex construction projects and handle administrative tasks
- Documentation Management: Organize, archive, and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Building Applications: Assist in preparing and creating building permits and approval documentation
- Plan Coordination: Develop planning documents and coordinate with relevant infrastructure authorities
- Communication: Correspond with internal departments and external partners as needed
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to project teams
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Management, or related construction field
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Fluent German language skills (C2 level)
- Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, teamwork ability, and initiative
- CAD experience (preferably AutoCAD) and GIS system knowledge highly desirable
