We are partnering with a leading fintech company to hire an experienced Project Management Officer (PMO) to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to advance their career in project and program management within the fast-paced fintech sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in tracking project progress and status across multiple initiatives
• Coordinate with stakeholders and align team members toward clearly defined project goals and deliverables
• Prepare comprehensive project reports covering status updates, identified issues, risks, budget tracking, and resource allocation
• Organize meetings, document meeting minutes, and maintain centralized project documentation for easy access and compliance
• Support continuous improvements to PMO processes, tools, and workflows to enhance team efficiency
• Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments as delegated by senior management

Required Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Project/Program Management Office (PMO) roles, specifically supporting IT projects
• Project Management Knowledge: Solid understanding of project management concepts and methodologies; professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Agile/Scrum) is advantageous
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with fluent English proficiency; conversational Mandarin is desirable for liaising with Chinese-speaking clients
• Organizational Abilities: Excellent attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Professional Attributes: Positive attitude, collaborative team player, and demonstrated commitment to continuous learning
