The Role
Capco is seeking a Microsoft Partnerships Program Manager to support the execution and enablement of our global Microsoft partnership strategy. This role focuses on go-to-market (GTM) execution, partner operations, sales enablement and performance tracking, ensuring consistent collaboration between Capco and Microsoft across regions.
You will work closely with global and regional stakeholders to operationalise co-sell motions, improve pipeline visibility, and embed Microsoft-aligned propositions into Financial Services sales and delivery teams. This is a strategic position that bridges partnership governance with commercial execution.
What You'll Do
- Execute and operationalise Capco's global Microsoft partnership and GTM strategy across regions
- Coordinate joint Microsoft co-sell motions across Azure, Data & AI and Power Platform
- Enable sales and delivery teams with Microsoft-aligned playbooks, assets and structured enablement materials
- Track Microsoft-sourced and influenced pipeline, performance metrics and partner scorecards
- Maintain partnership governance cadence, reporting and stakeholder alignment across Capco and Microsoft
- Develop and manage partner enablement programs to drive adoption of Microsoft technologies
- Support regional teams in executing localized partnership initiatives while maintaining global consistency
What We're Looking For
- 5–7 years' experience in Microsoft partnerships, alliances or ecosystem roles
- Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud platforms (Azure, Power Platform, Data & AI)
- Proven track record in GTM strategy, sales enablement and partner operations
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across geographies
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute partnership playbooks and enablement programs
- Excellent project management, communication and analytical skills
- Familiarity with Financial Services industry preferred
