Position Overview

We're seeking a talented UI/UX Web Designer motivated by creating innovative website designs with state-of-the-art interactions for cross-industry clients. You will expertly lead the full design process from concept to final layout design, collaborating with developers to translate client requests into masterful, interactive digital experiences. If you enjoy finding elegant solutions to complex problems and thrive on taking initiative, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow with our talented team.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Command the full design process including design creation, conceptualization, wireframing, storyboarding, and finalizing layouts for mobile and desktop platforms
• Apply current design trends and modern branding styles to create powerful brand narratives and visually compelling digital products
• Maintain pixel-perfect attention to detail in all design deliverables
• Conduct user research and translate insights into disruptive website features and workflows that realize user-centered design goals
• Communicate design purpose and strategic thinking effectively to internal teams and clients
• Build leading-edge designs for clients across all industries, from SMB to Enterprise-scale organizations
• Advocate for user-centered design practices and demonstrate their value to stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Collaborate with strategy and business development teams to identify new opportunities and drive creative direction for sales initiatives
• Manage high-end projects with strong communication and collaboration skills, working confidently with teams and clients
• Embrace constructive feedback and iterate designs based on team and client input
