Role Overview

As a vital member of the Growth team, you will be responsible for brainstorming and executing customized and targeted campaigns for different regions and objectives, whether for product launches or engagement campaigns. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Specialist with a strong background in User Lifecycle and Operations.

In this role, you will contribute to the expansion of our user base and conversion funnel by moving beyond traditional marketing—owning the end-to-end user journey. You will bridge the gap between creative marketing and hard data, utilizing A/B testing, CRM automation, and deep data analysis to identify bottlenecks and unlock growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
