The Role

We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer (TypeScript, NestJS/Node.js) to join our Fulfilment team based in Berlin or working remotely from Germany. In this pivotal position, you'll be instrumental in enabling our customers to earn and redeem cashback on our reward platforms, creating exceptional user experiences and empowering consumers to make informed and confident shopping decisions. Your contributions will directly shape how millions of consumers interact with our platforms throughout their shopping journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications and components using Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, engineering and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions
• Actively participate in the full software development lifecycle
• Build and enhance digital destinations that guide users to make smart, fair, and rewarding choices
• Lead backend architecture decisions and mentor junior engineers
